1. scrollamount

   움직임의 속도를 명령합니다
   <marquee scrollamount="원하는 속도의 수치">
   원하는 속도의 수치에 값을 넣으면 움직임의 속도가 변합니다.
   1 이 가장 느리고 숫자가 증가 할수록 속도도 빨라 지죠.
